What is AutoRedeem?
AutoRedeem is an Application Programming Interface (API) that automates the processing of Active Kids vouchers for clubs with 1,000+ U18 members at the time of online player registration.
How does AutoRedeem work?
When parents register their child through your website and submit their Active Kids vouchers, AutoRedeem validates and then immediately sends the voucher details directly through to Service NSW.
What are the benefits of AutoRedeem?
Few people have the time to dedicate to office admin. AutoRedeem eliminates the extra steps of logging into Service NSW and entering the details of each child’s Active Kids voucher one by one, a process that can take hours to complete.
Will AutoRedeem work on my website?
AutoRedeem is able to be integrated in many websites but it depends on how your website was built. Most are possible, so get in touch and we can determine if AutoRedeem is compatible with your website.
Do I need to do anything before using AutoRedeem?
Before you can use AutoRedeem, you firstly need to contact Service NSW and get their approval to use the Active Kids API. Once they have granted you permission, you can then contact us to get started.
Can my club use AutoRedeem?
Only sporting entities with 1,000+ U18 members and that are registered for use of the Service NSW Active Kids voucher redemption scheme can use AutoRedeem.
Who created AutoRedeem?
AutoRedeem was created by the team at Orion Creative; a graphic and web design agency that’s operated in Sydney for over 25 years. Initially developed as a handy tool for a small number of our clients, AutoRedeem has since grown into a convenient time-saving solution for hundreds of associations across New South Wales.

AutoRedeem is specifically designed to be plugged into a club’s online registration form, sending the details of Active Kids vouchers to Service NSW immediately after a sign-up.
